I'm Terri, and Buttercup Barley's is my flower and gift shop on S Main Street in downtown Pendleton. Every arrangement that leaves here is made by hand, the day it is needed, whether it is a bride's bouquet, a sympathy spray for a hard week, or a cheerful little pick-me-up to brighten someone's day.
